Fedor on NYE card in Japan

M-1 Global and former PRIDE/Dream Stage Entertainment staff held a news conference on Wednesday in Tokyo to announce that they will co-promote an event on New Year's Eve at the Saitama Super Arena.
PRIDE heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko will be featured in the main event, but no opponent has been finalized for the Russian. Hong Man Choi has been mentioned as a possible opponent.
Hayato Sakurai, Shinya Aoki, Tatusya Kawajiri and Mitsuhiro Oshida were the other fighters that joined Emelianenko at the news conference.
Joachim Hansen, Ricardo Arona, Gilbert Melendez, Luis Azeredo and Kazuo Misaki are some of the other fighters that have been mentioned as possible participants on the card.
SkyPerfectTV will carry the card on pay-per-view.

It would be nice to see Fedor Emelianenko fight in the states...C'mon Dana White, with all the money you guys make in UFC...don't be cheap and bring the man over! Fedor Rules.
