Amir Sadollah has been posting a weekly blog for ocregister.com detailing his adventures on Spike TV's reality series "The Ultimate Fighter 7."

Sadollah, who is on Forrest Griffin's team,  is through to the quarterfinals of the 16-man middleweight tournament after his second-round KO over Team Rampage's Gerald Harris.
