Where: Color Line Arena, Hamburg, Germany

When: Saturday, 1:30 p.m.

TV: HBO

Outlook: Klitschko (50-3, 44 KOs) defends his IBF and WBO heavyweight titles against Thompson (31-1, 19 KOs)

Prediction: Kiltschko, a 6-61/2, 240-pounder with an 81-inch reach, usually has huge height and reach advantages over his opponents, but that won’t be the case against Thompson, a 6-5, 250-pound southpaw with a 811/2-inch reach. Klitschko has much more experience and punching power than Thompson. Klitschko will use his powerful left jab to set up his right and eventually take out Thompson in the middle rounds.

Record in 2008 picks: 20-8
