Brandon "The Truth" Vera, who will make his light-heavyweight debut against Reese Andy at UFC Fight Night 14 on July 19 on Spike TV, and myself were guests on this week's edition of "Out of Boundz," a sports talkshow that airs on Cox/3 in Orange County.

The second half of the show is dedicated to MMA as we discussed the rise of MMA, Vera's upcoming fight and the UFC putting a show on basic cable TV the same night as Affliction's pay-per-view card at Honda Center.

The show airs on Friday at 8 p.m. and replays on Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
