Former EliteXC lightweight champion K.J. Noons makes the move back to boxing as part of California Xtreme Fighting's new boxing series on Nov. 13 at the El Monte Expo Center in El Monte.

CXF is planning to bring fight fans a different style of fighting, including boxing, MMA and Muay Thai, each month with its "Thursday Night Fight Series."

Noons, of San Diego, who has a record of 7-1 with 5 KOs in boxing, faces Alex Bogarin (8-6-3, 2 KOs) of Ontario in a 155-pound bout scheduled for six rounds.

Heavyweight Javier Mora (21-4-1, 17 KOs) of Westminster takes on Jonathan "Too Sweet" Williams (7-5-1, 6 KOs) in the main event.
