LOS ANGELES - Pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao opened up his training camp to the media on Nov. 17 at Wild Card Gym where "Pac-Man" is preparing for his showdown against Oscar De La Hoya on Dec. 6 in Las Vegas on HBO PPV.
Pacquiao said he weighed 151 pounds and he feels comfortable, fit and strong at the higher weight. Check out an interview with the Filipino sensation right here:
Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, who helped De La Hoya prepare for his superfight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2007, had some feisty words for De La Hoya. He called De La Hoya "weak minded" and a "part-time fighter" and said that will give the edge to someone as "strong minded" as Pacquiao. De La Hoya criticized Roach for coming up with a bad game plan when he fought Mayweather and Roach said Oscar didn't follow the game plan he came up with.
Roach also had some choice words for De La Hoya's new trainer Nacho Beristain. You'll definitely want to hear what he had to say about Nacho in this interview:
