Prediction: Holyfield, 46, is well past his prime at this point in his career and hasn't fought since dropping a decision to then WBO champion Sultan Ibragimov 14 months ago. Valuev, 35, a 7-0, 320-pounder, will use his 10-inch height and 7-inch reach advantages to pound out a decision over Holyfield.
